Who can apply for a partnership account?

We work exclusively with Swiss companies and business entities (sole proprietorships, limited liability companies, corporations, etc.) registered in the commercial register that operate in the jewelry, design, or manufacturing sectors. A valid company registration (entry in the commercial register) is required.

What information is required for a partnership request?

To access our shop, we will conduct a brief verification of your company. This includes your VAT number (company identification number) as well as basic company and contact information. This information helps us ensure a reliable and secure collaboration.

How long does the verification take?

The verification is usually completed within 2–3 business days. After successful activation, you will receive your login details via email. You can then log in to our shop and place orders.

Can I place an order without a partner account?

No. To ensure security, integrity, and a smooth transaction, we only process orders for verified business partners with active accounts. This protects both parties and ensures that all transactions meet jewelry industry standards.
