Your tasks
- Creating individual, custom-made pieces in close coordination with the workshop management, our jewelry designer, and gemstone setter.
- Carrying out various goldsmithing tasks, wax model making, production of silicone molds, gold and silver casting, finishing and polishing of cast parts made from various precious metals, performing quality control and rhodium plating.
- Carrying out laser work, repairs, adjustments, and service orders.
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence as a goldsmith (EFZ).
- You have extensive professional experience as a goldsmith and are highly skilled in job-specific and complex techniques.
- Independent working style and high initiative: You work with focus, responsibility, and autonomy, holding yourself to high standards of quality.
- Team-oriented and eager to learn: You are a positive, enthusiastic person who enjoys working in a team, accepts feedback constructively, and is always ready to learn new things and develop further in a modern and innovative company.

- Operational management of our jewelry workshop and professional leadership of the workshop team
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring all production projects – from raw materials to the finished piece of jewelry
- Close collaboration with our design team and the foundry
- Ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and smooth workflows
- Continuous optimization of work processes to further develop the company and promote innovation
- Responsibility for material management and workshop infrastructure
Your profile
- Completed training as a goldsmith EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in jewelry production, ideally with leadership responsibility

- Experience in goldsmithing is an advantage
